My favorite book is pretty easy. I don't remember how I originally found The True and Outstanding Adventures of the Hunt Sisters by Elisabeth Robinson. But ever since then, I have reread it at least once a year. It's an epistlary novel, meaning it's all in letters from the main character to other people. There are so many wonderful themes in the book, too--sisterly love, lost love, Don Quixote. I know it doesn't seem like all of that goes together, but it does. As many times as I've read it, I still cry. It's just a beautiful novel.

ReplyDeleteI have been reading The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins and am really enjoying it. It is a little science fiction-y, which I normally don't like. But these books are really good and I can't put them down!
My students that have read those are loving them! I have them on my shelf now, so I will have to check them out next!

I must read this book because I Love books where they are written in letter form! Have you read Where Rainbows End by Cecelia Ahern. If you haven't then you must. It is written in the same format and will make you laugh and cry. Amazing!!!
