A is for Alabama! I love the ocean. There's no place else in the world where I am as calm and relaxed (well, with the exception of my visit to the Ritz Carlton Spa in Puerto Rico, but I digress). If you know me in real life, you know that I can be a bit much--too loud, too bossy, overexcitable--but at the ocean, I'm all those things and I get to go take lots of pictures! Ha!
The feeling of sand between my toes and ocean lapping around my feet makes me so happy!
And the birds! I love photographing animals, and in the early mornings and early evenings, you can pretty much just take your pick. And for the most part, the birds don't seem to mind.
I can't wait until my next sunrise!
A is also for Amber, one of my besties who I will be featuring as we go along here. Amber is the Penny to my Tracy, the Lucy to my Ethel, the Jen to my Stacey. We're different, but like-minded, which I think is what makes a friendship interesting. For instance, I will gladly sing you every song in the Broadway show book, and Amber isn't interested unless it's from Hairspray, Xanadu, Little Shop of Horrors or Dreamgirls. (Just typing that made me die a little inside.) We love to shop and eat and mock the world with great hilarity, which if you are a woman, you know is the best kind of friend you can ask for.

I soooo wish I could come on vacation with you guys!! I would love to get out of this state and go somewhere warm! Plus, I need an excuse to wear my maternity swimsuit that I bought!
