Calling All Chefs...

I mentioned that I'm not really a cook (I just play one on TV--ha!), but I make a good cheesecake and a passable lasagna.

 

So, that bears the question, what do you make well?  And if you have something of that nature, would you share the recipe (or a link to the recipe on your blog) in the comments?  That is if it's not some kind of super secret family thing.  Wouldn't want anyone exiled.  Just looking for a few good recipes. 

Extra points if it's easy to make...
